4.1 - REKONNEKT curates unique experiences that may involve physical activities, travel, and other high-engagement settings. By participating, you acknowledge and accept any inherent risks.

4.2 - You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in events, including but not limited to physical exertion, travel-related risks, and unforeseen circumstances.

4.3 - You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless REKONNEKT, its affiliates, employees, partners, and sponsors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation.

4.4 - Participants must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by REKONNEKT and its event partners.

5.1 - Membership and event fees must be paid in full prior to participation. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 - If an event is postponed, canceled, or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, REKONNEKT will offer alternatives or credits but is not liable for external costs incurred by participants.

6.1 - Members and participants are expected to act professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with REKONNEKT’s mission.

6.2 - Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from REKONNEKT events or termination of membership.

6.3 - Unauthorized solicitation, promotion, or misuse of REKONNEKT’s platform for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

7.1 - REKONNEKT’s branding, content, and proprietary materials are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7.2 - Certain REKONNEKT events and discussions involve confidential business and investment information. Participants agree not to disclose, record, or share sensitive information without prior consent.

8.1 - REKONNEKT collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By joining, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data for networking, communication, and event management purposes.

9.1 - REKONNEKT reserves the right to terminate membership or deny participation at its sole discretion if a member violates these Terms.

9.2 - No refunds or compensation will be issued for terminations due to breaches of conduct.

10.1 - These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.

10.2 - Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to mediation or arbitration in Italy.

11.1 - REKONNEKT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our official platform.
