3.1 -  Many REKONNEKT events and discussions involve sensitive business, investment, or professional information. Members are expected to maintain confidentiality and discretion.

3.2 - Sharing, recording, or distributing confidential information without consent is strictly prohibited.

4.1 -  Members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, events, and activities to foster meaningful connections.

4.2 - Solicitation, spam, or self-promotion that is not aligned with REKONNEKT’s purpose is not permitted.

4.3 Contributions should be relevant, insightful, and aligned with the values of the community.

5.1 -  REKONNEKT prioritizes the safety and well-being of its members. Any concerns regarding safety, misconduct, or violations should be reported immediately.

5.2 Members must act with integrity and honesty in all interactions, whether online or in person.

6.1 - REKONNEKT is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment where all members feel valued and respected.

6.2 - Discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other characteristic is strictly prohibited.

7.1 - Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the community at REKONNEKT’s discretion.

7.2 - REKONNEKT reserves the right to take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the community.

9.2 - Any disputes arising from these guidelines shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Italy.

10.2 - The REKONNEKT movement is not a platform for selling your products or services, building relations through experiences is the primary focus - all other follows from that.
